Appraiser

A licensed appraiser performs an independent, unbiased valuation, or the process of determining a property’s current worth, on a piece of real estate, such as a single-family home, business, or land parcel. To create a fair, accurate appraisal, an appraiser will typically complete an in-person visual evaluation of the property, looking at many elements. The appraisers use many types of specialized equipment such as measuring devices, marking supplies, thermometers, radios and GPS. Appraisers also use many other products to support them in their job including insect protection, snake protection, vehicle accessories, weather radios, brush chaps, boots, rain gear and more.
